'Operation Iceberg' followed a team of adventurers and scientists as they put their courage to the test in the most extreme of environments in a groundbreaking expedition - exploring the unknown world of icebergs.

Due to the very nature of the programmes and the unforeseen challenges that the production encountered, the graphical requirements were largely unknown until deep into the postproduction process. Consequently Shadow's output had to adapt to the changing needs and tight delivery deadlines that arose.

The programme won the best 'Science and Natural History' award at the RTS Programme Awards 2013.
